Joining Crossroads in 2015 as a Support Worker, Jo has experience at all levels of Care & Support She was formerly Deputy Manager of a Children’s centre, is Registered with The Care Quality Commission and is our Chief Safeguarding officer. Jo is a stalwart supporter of local charities as a lead member of Variety Express revue, in a former life she was a trained dancer.

Aimee joined Crossroads Caring For Life in 2015 as a Support Worker. Aimee has since developed into multiple roles such as, Senior Support Worker, Care Coordinator, Area Manager, and most recently, HR & Recruitment Manager.
Aimee is passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of staff and has therefore gone on to become our Mental Health First Aider.

Alison joined Crossroads in 2016 and oversees the financials and audit in the organisation. She has a Commercial and Public Sector finance background.
