Crossroads Care Hertfordshire North provides support for unpaid family carers and the people they care for in Hertfordshire.
Crossroads Care Hertfordshire North have been supporting 1000’s people in Hertfordshire for over 30 years. We provide reliable tailored services to support family members/friends who are supporting someone living with a health condition mental or physical and depend on their support.
We support:
- the unpaid carers,
- the person they care for,
- their networks and their communities.
We provide regular opportunities to give the family/friend unpaid carer time out from caring role whilst supporting the person living with a long term/life limiting health condition. This can be by engaging in activities in or out of the home.
Our Caring for Life service supports directly the person with Care needs these can be more frequent visits to support the individual to remain independent at home.
